Wedding Decor for Krystal

Saturday, September 18th, 2010

My cousin Krystal was married last night.  Aren’t they cute?

I decorated the ceiling over the dance floor for my nieces wedding about 5 years ago with fabric from Inweave.

We ditched the disco ball and substituted a hanging bouquet with matching ribbons cascading down.  I will do an in-depth post about how to recreate this easy project in a future post.

For Krystal the head table had a row of icicle lights hung on the edge of the table, covered with a gathered skirt of white tablecloth fabric.  That was overlaid with an embroidered organza.  The backdrop was swagged with the embroidered organza as well.

It was a very pretty wedding.

Feast your eyes on this, then come to inweave and use our fabrics to recreate this look for a fraction of the cost a designer would charge.

Baby Boy Room

In honor of my newest great nephew, sweet baby Jeris, pictured below,

I am featuring a baby boy room that would be easy to replicate.

Just use some blue paint, black furniture, a blue and brown rug from Inweave and some black curtains from Inweave, and you would have a really cute room.

Display Window

Saturday, September 11th, 2010

My sisters and I decorated another display window at Inweave.  We fell in love with the figured fabric we used in the headboard and as the throw.  My sister Rhonda is going to use these fabrics in her own bedroom!  Pictures to come soon.

The texture of the bedspread adds another dimension.

Julie had the perfect matching rug in stock.  If you can’t find that perfect rug for your room, bring in your colors and they will make one up to match.

We made up a small display in the same window showing other fabric/color combinations that could be used in your home.
