<p>I previously showed you instructions to make a bulletin board.</p>
<p>I have a new plan.  These are incredibly easy to make,  even less expensive and can be made to any shape or size you want.</p>
<p>You will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>A 4&#215;8 sheet of Styrofoam insulation that can be purchased at any Lowe&#8217;s or Home Depot type store. You can find them in the insulation area.   They cost from $5 to$8 for the sheet.  They come in 4&#215;4 size also.</li>
<li>Sharp knife.</li>
<li>Pins</li>
<li>Fabric (Preferably from Inweave, of course)</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Use a sharp knife to cut the sheet to your specifications.  I like things a little wonky so my shapes are not your normal square or rectangle.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog1.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1059" title="blog1" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog1-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>Warning &#8211; You will have to deal with those tiny white bits of Styrofoam that stick to everything.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog2.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1060" title="blog2" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog2-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>Cut your fabric about 3 inches larger on each side than the shape you are covering.</p>
<p>Then you simply pull the fabric snugly over the shape and pin it in place with stick pins.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog3.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1061" title="blog3" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog3-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>Mitre the corners like you would wrap a gift.  It keep things neater if you cut away any excess fabric in the corners.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog4.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1062" title="blog4" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog4-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog5.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1063" title="blog5" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog5-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>TA DA!  These are so simple to make.  I made ten in a couple of hours.  This would be a fun project for a group.  4H or Scouts?  Boys might like camouflage or denim fabric.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog8.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1064" title="blog8" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog8-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>We are using this as a fabric display, but I can think of so many uses.  Message center, Christmas card display, the jewelry keeper, headboard for a bed.  Frame a mirror in your bedroom with this and put jewelry on it or cover an entire wall, photo display, a red fabric heart for your valentine, the list goes on&#8230;</p>
<p>To mount them on the wall you could use finish nails, nails that have no head.  Hammer a couple of those into your wall then poke them through the back of your project.  This mount won&#8217;t hold a lot of weight so don&#8217;t hang too many  diamond tiaras on it.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog9.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1065" title="blog9" src="http://www.inweavefabric.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/blog9-300x180.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="180" /></a></p>
<p>Don&#8217;t you love this fabric?  I am having curtains made in the teal/charcoal.  I&#8217;ll post a picture when they are finished.</p>
<p>The fabric I used can be found<a href="http://www.inweavefabric.com/drapery-fabric-28/drapery-jacquard-fabric-76/" target="_blank"> here</a> on our website.  So many fabrics would work it boggles the mind to think of the possibilities.  I better quit now.  I have enough problems without adding a boggled mind to the mix.</p>
