Specifics:

Color: Garnet Red. This is a nice "blood" red. Our wholesaler called it "lipstick" but I usually think of lipstick as a little brighter than this. This microsuede is a deep red but a true red not a burgundy. Very striking. The crayon is Crayola's "Red". The hue of the fabric is similar to the crayon but the color of the fabric is a little darker and deeper than the crayon.
Width: 58" wide including 1/2" selvages.
Weight: About 5 3/4 oz. per square yard
Type of Fabric: This is a beautiful microsuede fabric perfect for use as draperies, slipcovers, duvet covers and more. It could also be used for light use upholstery projects but I would not recommend it for upholstered pieces that receive heavy daily use. It has a lightly sueded surface and is wonderfully soft to the touch - almost more like moleskin. Very pliable - can easily be crushed in your hand. Lighter in weight than some of the other microsuede/microfiber fabrics we've offered. Fabric has a black backing. Fabric eliminates most light - I don't know if it is totally room-darkening but when I held it up to a bright window, I couldn't tell that any light was coming through.
Fiber content: 100% polyester fabric.
Care: Easy care: machine wash cool, tumble dry medium
Durability: Microfibers are known for their light weight and their excellent durability. They are fade-resistant and are a great choice for almost any environment.
