Specifics:

  • Sold by the yard.
  • Pattern/Color: Nouvelle. This fabric has a water-lily type flower with twining "nautical rope" stems on a grayish cadet blue or turquoise blue ground. The ground is not a bright colored blue but is a deep blue green. I think the fabric is supposed to have an ocean or water feel. The flower and rope areas are woven into the fabric and are in a beige tan (with a hint of peach). Overall, a very pretty color and a fabulous feel -- you could really snuggle up in this fabric.
  • 1st quality heavyweight chenille upholstery fabric with a rubberized back for durability. Very soft.
  • Very heavyweight chenille upholstery - about 17 oz. per square (not running) yard.
  • Width: 53 1/2 inches wide (52" usable plus 3/4" selvege on each side).
  • Pattern repeat: 23 1/2" vertically (running with the selvege), 26 1/2" horizontally.
  • Protective finish (Scotchguard or similar)
  • Professional upholstery cleaning recommended
