Return Policy

Prior approval is required. Returns must be made within 7 days. Fabrics must be returned uncut & unwashed; Rugs must be returned unused & unwashed. Upon receipt of fabric, credit will be processed within 10 to 15 days. Customer pays all return shipping charges & 20% restocking fee. We will send an e-mail to confirm that return has been processed.
