Apron

We are on the last day of blogging about the apron.  This is a project that a beginner to advanced sewer could do.  If you are a beginner sewer, just make it as simple as you can.  As you become more experienced, you can then add extras to what you have done before.   When making your own pattern, newspaper works great and doesn't cost you anything.  Those advertiser papers are always given for free so do not spend money on craft paper to create your pattern.

We chose the gingham fabric as it makes an attractive apron but you can certainly choose the type of fabric you want.  Cottons are great but you can also use other fabrics as well.  In-Weave in Hawarden, Iowa, carries a nice selection of different fabrics so be sure to stop in and check them out.  Have a great evening.
