Cozy Car Seat Blanky (DAY 2)

DAY 2

STEP 1: 

• Lay 2 layers of flannel (front sides still facing each other) out on a piece of batting; pin in place.
• Cut around the blanky (now you have 2 layers of flannel, front sides facing in and a layer of batting on the bottom, all pinned together).
