Hanging Hand Towel

Good evening and hope you all had a great day.  Today is the last day that we are blogging about the hanging hand towel.  We made this to fit the drawer handles, however, if you do not have drawer handles but knobs instead, you will need to adjust this somewhat.  You would omit the flap and just make a flat designed piece and then make a buttonhole opening the size of the knob.  If you would like to omit the buttonhole opening, you could go with a loop instead using fabric or elastic. 

We chose to use the terry chenille as it makes wonderful hand towels. If you would prefer, you could also use the terry cloth as this also makes great hand towels.  Both of these fabrics can be found at In-Weave in Hawarden, Iowa.  They carry a nice selection of different colors in each of these.
