Little Girl's Backpack
What a beautiful day. We have been blogging about the little girl's backpack that was posted last Thursday. This would make a cute gift for that special little person. You could do the same for a little boy but, of course, you would not want to do it in pink. You could choose a twill, denim or camouflage fabric for the backpack as well. If you are looking at making one for a little older child, be sure to adjust the size of the backpack and straps. Making yourself a pattern out of newspaper or craft paper is a great way to make adjustments before you actually cut out the fabric. All the fabric that we used for this project is machine washable.
