Minky Pillow

This is our last day talking about the minky pillow.  This is a very easy project and anyone can do this.  It does not take very long and you can make yourself a really nice pillow cover.  We chose to do a standard size pillow, but you can do any size that you want.  The minky is a really soft fabric and makes a really nice pillow to snuggle up with.  The minky is machine washable so it is easy to care for.  There are no zippers or slip stitching involved with this project. 

When you sew with minky, you do need to remember that you have to pin it generously.   Besides pillow covers, you can make scarves or blankets too.  Be sure to check out some of our other projects that involved minky fabric.  Have a great evening.
