Sewing

Since we are not posting any new projects until the first of the year, we are going to continue sharing ideas about sewing.  There is so much that you can do with sewing by making yourself clothing, blankets, scarves, curtains, bath towels and so much more.  Sewing is not hard to learn and anyone can do it. 

If you are someone who does not know how to sew, check out options of where you might be able to take classes.  Maybe you have a friend or relative that knows how and all you need to do is ask.  Maybe a local fabric store is offering classes.  Take the time to stop in or call and ask them.  Maybe they do not realize the number of people out there that want to learn and will consider starting up some classes. 

If you are a beginner and you can find a way to have someone teach you, start out with something that is fairly simple so you can get the feel of what sewing entails.  After you have the basics down, you can move on to sewing more in depth.  Sewing is a great hobby and also an art.  Have a great evening.
